Shipping & Returns

Our Mini, Signature, and Collector boxes are sold by Tidal Keepsakes and checked out through Shopify.

• Destinations: we ship within the United States only.
• Processing time: orders are processed within 2 days.
• Shipping rates: calculated at checkout through Shopify.
• Tracking: tracking is provided for shipped orders.

Returns

All curated-box purchases are final sale. Returns are not accepted, so no return window, return shipping, or post-return refund applies.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours after the order is placed, by emailing hello@tidalkeepsakes.com.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email hello@tidalkeepsakes.com within 2 days so we can look into it. Please include your order number and, for damage, photographs where possible.

Many products recommended across our guides and collections are sold by third-party merchants such as Amazon. Those orders are placed with, fulfilled by, and supported by that merchant — Tidal Keepsakes does not take payment, pack, ship, track, or accept returns for them.

Our guides and printables are PDF files downloaded directly from this site, so no physical shipping applies.

• Digital downloads are not returnable.
• No refunds are offered on digital downloads.
• You may share the PDF file itself with other people, as set out in our Terms of Service.
